Here's one adventuresome lady. Renata Chlumska is circumnavigating the lower 48 states by way of kayak, bike, rollerblades and such. Gene ran into her while on a camping retreat with some other ex scout leaders. You can check out her progress (GPS) and view journal entries and photos here.

Yeah, sponsorships are cool. We have a sponsored driver at my work. Any time he needs ANYTHING, he gets it, no charge. In addition to his regular salary, he gets paid to travel around and play with these RC cars. Insanity, I tells ya!
