Given the lackluster performance of both the U.S and Canadian hockey teams at the 2006 Winter Games in Turin.. I thought I'd spice things up for you a bit...
This comes to us courtesy of Joe Tingle who found it whilst perusing the net, (Internet, not hockey net) and has to be one of the greatest brawls I've ever seen.
Bench clearing, stick weilding mayhem at every turn. How the game resumed is beyond me and if no assault charges were filed it's a miracle. Appears to have taken place somewhere in Romania so only a chosen few of you will understand the commentary but you'll get the idea...

The best part is at the middle when it looks like a butcher is coming onto the ice :)

Nice to have you stop by..and I agree. That guy along the boards was doing quite the hatchet job on the player that was down on the ice in a pile. Hate to have to officiate a game like that.
